We had a fantastic time during our stay, especially when the team let us check in early and served us breakfast before the usual hours when we left for a day trip. The rooftop garden was a perfect spot for relaxing, and the spa offered a soothing massage to unwind. One little downside was that the air conditioning seemed to take a while to cool the room, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. 😊

Exceptional Service and Stunning Views
The staff at Hanoi La Palm Premier Hotel & Spa were incredibly attentive, arranging our tours effortlessly, and even packing a breakfast to-go for our early departure. Waking up to the stunning lake view each morning was a highlight of our stay, complete with varied and delicious breakfast options that fueled our adventures through Hanoi.
While the experience was largely positive, it was slightly inconvenient that some nearby establishments mainly accepted cash. It’s advisable to bring cash for small purchases, as card facilities are limited in the area.

The stay at La Palm was quite enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed, enabling restful nights. The breakfast selection was varied and offered a delightful start to the day. The staff, particularly Tracy at check-in, provided excellent service with valuable information about local attractions and dining options, enhancing the overall experience.
The lift was occasionally in use, leading to some inconvenience.

Our family loved the spacious, quiet room with a beautiful city view. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the Old Quarter, and we appreciated the helpful staff who arranged our airport transfers. They even provided tips on crossing streets safely!

Awesome stay in the heart of Hanoi!
The fam had a blast exploring the old quarter, and the staff were super sweet. Enjoyed breakfast, which had lots of options. The only thing was the room could've been a bit cooler faster. everything else made up for it!
